- What does FORMA.PRO do?
- We equip sports teams, clubs, federations and academies end to end. Six lines of supply under one contract: kit, balls and training equipment, gym machines, medical and recovery, sports flooring, training camps and charters. Instead of ten suppliers a club runs one order, one quotation and one set of closing documents.
- Who do you work with?
- Clubs, federations, sports schools and academies, universities and corporate teams across Kazakhstan. Organisations normally pay by invoice and receive closing documents; private orders are welcome too. Tenders and public procurement are handled separately.
- How do I order team kit?
- Build the set in the kit constructor: model, colour, size grid and branding. The quote appears right away — price per set, total, and how many sets are left to the next volume tier. If you prefer words, send a quote request describing the squad, the sports and the deadlines. A manager confirms artwork and lead times and prepares a quotation.
- What is the minimum order?
- It differs by item and is shown on the product page. Team kit with branding is produced in batches: the minimum is visible on the product page and in the constructor, and the quote will not go below it. Balls, training equipment and machines can be ordered from one unit.
- How long does an order take?
- Every item carries its own lead time on the product page. Stock is dispatched within the next working days; made-to-order items arrive within the brand's lead time. Branding adds its own time on top. The final date is confirmed by a manager before the invoice is issued.
- What can be printed on the kit?
- Numbers, player names, the club crest, sponsor and technical-partner logos. Available methods and placements are listed with their prices in the constructor, where you also see how each one changes the price per set. Branding needs a vector logo (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg). No vector? Send what you have and a manager will tell you whether it can be used.
- How is the price calculated?
- Prices on the site are in tenge. The larger the batch, the lower the price per set: volume tiers are applied automatically and the constructor shows how many sets are left to the next tier. Partner prices and league programmes with a promo code apply separately. Tax is shown as its own line in the cart, the invoice and the quotation.
- How do I get partner prices?
- Send a partner application: your organisation, contacts and the teams you work with. Once a manager approves it, your prices are visible directly in the catalogue and the constructor — no separate price list needed.
- How do I pick sizes?
- Each model has a size chart with measurements. For a team order sizes are entered as a grid: how many sets of each size. Approved partners keep the squad saved in their account, so topping up for new players does not mean rebuilding the grid.
- How can I pay?
- Organisations normally pay by invoice: once the order is agreed we issue an invoice and hand over the closing documents after delivery. Online card payment will appear on the site once a payment provider is connected.
- Do you work with tenders and public procurement?
- Yes. We prepare a quotation, a specification, an invoice and closing documents to match the procurement requirements. Send the technical specification and we will assemble items, lead times and prices against it.
- How is delivery calculated?
- We deliver across Kazakhstan. Cost and time depend on the city, volume and weight of the order — a manager confirms both before the invoice, so the final amount is known in advance. Orders can also be collected in person once they are ready.
